ELBCYREV Revaluation Not Happening

Symptoms
The ELBCYREV revaluation issue:
On FCBUS 14.5.0.1.1 we followed below steps:
1) Uploaded a new value of 5 for EUR/RON exchange rate, STANDARD rate type.
2) Run EOD for whole branches and check if revaluation is properly happening in ELCM tables;
Expected result:
Revaluation should happen and system should update latest value.
