On : 11.8.0.0.0 version, Production Support-CET
When attempting to update the collateral value
the following error occurs.
ERROR

SPCL-001 - Value for field 'Collateral code' cannot contain special characters
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Select a collateral code to be updated.
2. Ensure mismatch in the collateral description
3. Try to amend the collateral value
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot update the collateral value and ensure limit line availability is increased
