On : 12.0.2 version, Production Support-SET
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
While fetching the Contract Reference from LOV in LCDGUAMD and LCDAMEND, System causes performance issue.
Also, Some contracts are not displayed in the LOV.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

<System should fetch all the eligible contract from LOV without causing performance Impact>
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. <Login with the User for which user role not provided for specific branch but the userid has centralized role>
2. <Navigate to the screen LCDGUAMD in Branch where the role is not mapped for the user>
3. <Create a new Amendment and click on Contract Reference LOV>
4.< The LOV hangs and after sometime it fetches Zero records>

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot make amendments for some contracts
