ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Commission amount is not updating when we change it at the time of Ben Consent Confirmation for Import, Export and Guarantee processes from OBTFPM.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Commission details should be updated and stored in OBTF.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Initiate amendment/cancellation from OBTFPM with ben confirmation required as Y
2. Initate the beneficiary consent process
3. Modify the commission amount
4. Handoff the beneficiary consent
5. Verify OBTF whether the commission details are updated.
