Approver Not Able To See Quick Topup Details When Clicks On Reference No (Doc ID 2830842.1)

On : 21.1.0.0.0 version, Production Support

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

When approver clicks on reference no of Quick Topup in Pending for Approval and My Approved list transaction it does not show any transaction details and just shows Approve and Reject button.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Transaction details should be visible to Maker and checker

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login with Approver user -> Approver Dashboard -> Pending for Approval widget -> Bill Payment
2. Login with Approver user -> Approver Dashboard -> My Approved List widget -> Bill Payment


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, Approver cannot see transaction details.

 No changes done to product, account or hardware causes this issue.
