ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

OBPM-System moving transactions to warehouse queue for C2b file upload


C2B file upload from PMDFLEVP SCREEN in OBPM, the file contains both book and rtgs transactions. the file execution date is given same as Branch date however system is not considering same and moving the activation date to present day. Also below the issues observed during the upload process.

1) Invalid date and year on execute query for any reference number.
2)Transactions are moved to warehouse queue although is_custom_date is set to Y
3)In warehouse queue , Instruction date is empty for all transactions.
4) When user tries to release the transaction, after change value date the transactions are not present in any queues although in PBDOVIEW it shows as present in Future dated queue.

C2B file should be uploaded

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. upload a file with both book and RTGS txn
2. verify the above points as pointed out in the issue

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot process the file upload

Here seems the version is maintained as pain.001.001.09 and you are trying to upload pain.001.001.06 version file.
