Error - 'Failed to load the PDF' Displayed on Opening the Downloaded e-Receipt of 'Edit Maturity Instruction' Transaction (Doc ID 2830978.1)

When attempting to open the downloaded e-Receipt of Edit Maturity Instruction transaction,
following error occurs.

'Failed to load the PDF'


Below error traces in the OBDX logs.
Caused by: org.xml.sax.SAXParseException; lineNumber: 1; columnNumber: 1; Content is not allowed in prolog.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to corporate user
2. Open toggle menu and navigate to Accounts > Term Deposits > Edit Maturity Instruction
3. Select Account Number, edit the maturity and click on 'Submit' button
4. Go to Activity Log and select the above transaction
5. Click on 'e-Receipt' hyperlink and download
6. Open the PDF and observe
