FT: MT103 Cannot Be Authorized -error MS-00202

FT: MT103 cannot be authorized
Please be informed that our client has faced an issue with an incoming MT103 in Authorization. From our investigation we have noticed that an MT910 message has been received before the MT103, thus the logic of the package does not allow it to proceed.
The message to be taken into consideration is MT103, despite the fact of which message will be received first.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
3)Save the incoming message
4)Authorize the incoming (error MS-00202)
Code added to validate message history if the reference no is not found in mstb_dly_msg_in table.
