ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

If "Line Expiry Date" falls on Branch Holiday,the "Available" flag is not disabled after the expiration
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The "Available" Flag should be disabled as it becomes expired Facility
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Created Facility A.8 of the Liability 15454 with (field "Line Expiry Date" as 2021-07-24)
2.This Expiry Date Falls on Branch Holiday
3.After EOD, the "Available" Flag is still enabled
4.But the Expected result is, the "Available" Flag should be disabled as it becomes expired Facility
