ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Maker Id is defaulted as Checker Id when the transaction is created through SPS request in PXDOVIEW

Transaction created by Single Payout Rest services has Maker Id defaulted as Checker Id even though separate values are passed in the request.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Maker nd checker Id should be different as passed through web service request

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Create a transaction using Single Payout Rest services.
2.Give different users in MakerId and CheckerId.
3. Once the transaction is successfully created, check the transaction in PXDOVIEW screen.
4. The Maker Id would be defaulted with Checker Id.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot maintain the audit log correctly
