CASTR[8081] - Checked Acknowledgement Record Wouldn't Uncheck When Selected

Reported version: 8.0.8.1.0
Report: CASTR
Problem Description: STR users are unable to uncheck checked acknowledgment records.
When a user selects "Reset" on this screen, the record will not unchecked. The checked record would only uncheck when a user selects "Go" like a new search is being conducted.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Login to STR application
2. Navigate to 'Regulatory Reporting >> Canada STR >> File Reports'
3. Under Acknowledgement Tab, check any record from the grid
4. Try to uncheck by selecting the checkbox
Actual: User is unable to uncheck the record, Record is still selected.
Expected: record should unselect.
