Bill Payment/Topup Is Failing With System Cannot Process Error (Doc ID 2832012.1)

Symptoms

On : 21.1.0.0.0 version, Production Support

When user is Initiating bill payment/topup failing for some error saying System cannot process.


ERROR
-----------------------
System cannot process.

"Payment date should be equals to Current System Date."

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. login into obdx with retail/corp user
2. go for bill payment/topup
3. system will display System can not process error.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot do bill payment/topup payment.

Changes

 No changes done to product, account or hardware causes this issue.
