DV: Interest Schedules Are Not Building From Webservice Request (Doc ID 2832579.1)

Symptoms

Actual Behavior

Users are trying to book a DV contract and are able to successfully book the contract but the contract schedules are not built for Interest.

Similarly, when users are creating a DV contract from the front-end, if interest sub-tab is not visited, the interest schedules are missing in the contract.
Please note that users are able to book the contract in both cases, only the interest schedules are missing.


Expected Behavior

Interest Schedules should be created for contracts booked via Webservice or Application screen.
