Issue with the penalty components’ due amount after a VAMI for Principal Increase

When a loan contract is with user defined status N090 or higher adversity level, such as also N180, N270 (statuses, which show more than 90 days overdue of a contract) and check box Liquidate Back Valued Schedules is checked on contract level, a problem occurs with the penalty components’ due amount after a VAMI for Principal Increase is performed on such contract and ALIQ event is automatically processed.
The described problem does not occur with contracts that are with a user defined status with an adversity level lower than N090 status, where after the same kind of VAMI is performed, the ALIQ is processed with system date.
N.B. FYI, an additional difference that might help you in investigating the matter is that once a contract enters N090 and above user defined statuses, the product set up is with STOP ACCRUAL, which though should not lead to the described above problems with the penalty amount due.
