Symptoms

While user attempting to clicking the Collection reference LOV in CNDCOLIN , it is not fetching all the collection data.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to CNDCOLIN screen
2. Click on New/Unlock existing contract.
3. Click on Collection Reference LOV.
