Symptoms
Help desk user is not able to login on behalf of edited user, following error displayed.
ERROR

User you are trying to create help-desk session has never logged into the system before
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OBDX with admin user.
2. Modify any user by navigating to "User Management->Edit"
3. Save the changes.
4. Navigate to "User HelpDesk"
5. Search for user.
6. On list, click on user edited on step 2.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, help desk user is not able to login on behalf of edited user.
