On : 14.1.0.0.0 version, Production Support-SET
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
During close out withdrawal system has left balances in FCY if the respective account lcy balance is 0
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should close account with only 0 balance in FCY and LCY.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Take account in KHR which has lcy balance as 0 and has non zero FCY balance.
2. do close out withdrawal by cash from screen 1301.
3. Verify the transaction is allowed with pending FCY balance
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot do account closure with 0 balance.
