Symptoms

On : 12.2 version, Production Support-SET

When attempting to do VAMI for the loan account,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

Clpks_Cldaccvm_Type_Conv ==>In when others in Fn_Build_Type_udevals ORA-01403: no data found 

ST-OTHR-001 - Unhandled Exception


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Invoke CLDACCVM
2. Do VAMI for the loan account
3. Save the entry
4. System throws reported error

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot proceed with VAMI.
