Symptoms
On : 14.5.0.0.0 version,
GLRPBAL Reports are not downloading
Report generation is failing with error - "Processing has failed" for GLRPBAL screen.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. From GLRPBAL report screen, fill in the necessary values and click ok to generate the report
2. Verify if report is generated successfully

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot generate GL Balance report
