CLDCMTVM: Amount can not editable if more than one schedule record for PRINCIPAL component. (Doc ID 2834930.1)

On : 12.4.0.0.0 version, Production Support-SET

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In CLDCMTVM > the component tab > for the PRINCIPAL component if more than one schedule exists then the user is not able to edit the Amount for any of the schedule records.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The user should be able to change the amount.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to the screen CLDCMTVM.
2. Edit the account having more than one schedule for the PRINCIPAL component in the Component Tab,
3. Try to change the amount for any of the records.
