Swift Message Upload to FlexCube

Bankreceived an MT700 message from Swift - when they try to upload user end up with
.
Invalid Customer Number Error

And how can user edit the incoming message that are in repair queue, and in which flexcube table, message gets inserted

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upload MT700 message
2. Verify if the message is processed successfully and LC contract is created
