ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Accounts with Customers marked as Deceased; customer information is not visible in Summary tab
When reviewing accounts that have a customer marked as deceased have the CAR_CRB_ECOA_CD updated to X which is masking the customer information in the summery tab, this means we can not service deceased customers.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

System should show all customers by default in both summary and customer details screen
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Select ac account with one customer as DECEASED
2. Go to summary screen and verify if the deceased customer details are showing
3. And also it show the same under customer details screen
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see the deceased customers
