ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Access history does not capture a user access the account from the show all radio button for associated accounts
when using the Customer service screen to open a customer account the access history captures the username that opened the account, the process also works for the sidebar search. If the customer has more than 1 account and an associated account is open using the show all radio and opening another account and making an update the associated account does not record in the access history. It appears that access history only captures the user that opened it when it is opened through customer service or sidebar.
