UBN: Data Loading Is Failing For FOT And FOTP (Doc ID 2835357.1)

Symptoms

Client is loading around 140M transactions, however the system could not process that many transactions, so have increased the thread to 64 and still we are getting the same error.Also, the total number of transactions is not getting processed and getting below exception:
