ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Dates not changed in OBPM after EOD

There have been several instances in UAT environment, that post the EOD is complete and user tries to book transaction through PXDOTONL and PBDOTONL screens, the date is not refreshed.
User has to go to PMDDATES screen to query the date and then the dates are fine.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The dates on the transaction screens should be changed post EOD run, without querying data in PMDDATES screen.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Execute EOD
2. Book a transaction from PXDOTONL screen
3. Verify if dates are latest.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see the correct system date in the transaction screen
