Party Name Is Missing On The Admin Checker Screen & Wrong Description Displays For "User File Identifier Mapping" Transaction (Doc ID 2837355.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
-----------------------

1. When the Admin Maker initiates User File identifier mapping, the Party Name is not displayed on the Admin Checker Screen.

2(a). When Admin Maker/Auth Admin initiates User File identifier mapping for the first time, the description displayed in pending approvals/customer activity log dashboard should be 'Create UserFI Mapping' instead of 'Update UserFI Mapping'
2(b). When Admin Maker/Auth Admin edits User File identifier mapping for the existing user, the description displayed in pending approvals/customer activity log dashboard should be 'Update UserFI Mapping'

3(a). When Admin Maker/Auth Admin initiates User File identifier mapping for the first time, the header displayed should be 'Create UserFI Mapping' instead of 'Update UserFI Mapping'
3(b). When Admin Maker/Auth Admin edits User File identifier mapping for the existing user, the header displayed should be 'Update UserFI Mapping'


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-------------------------
The Party Name should display on the Admin Checker Screen.
The description displayed in pending approvals/customer activity log dashboard should be 'Create UserFI Mapping' instead of 'Update UserFI Mapping'


STEPS
-------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OBDX application as Admin Maker
2. Go to Toggle menu > File upload > User File identifier mapping
3. Input Party Id Corporate user and click on Search
4. Click on any user
5. Select file identifier to be mapped
6. Click on Save and Click on Confirm
7. Login to OBDX Application as Admin Checker
8. Go to Dashboard > Pending for approval
9. Click on Reference number which needs to be authorized
The review screen is displayed without the Party Name
