Symptoms
On : 14.3.0.0.0 version, Production Support-SET
EL-LM-EXP01 during deleting the version of LC contract which got closed
System validating the error during deletion of LC contract after closing , not allowing to delete that version .
Expectation: system should validate the expired facility during during closure of LC contract .

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Close the LC linked to Expired Facility
2. Delete the Close Event
3. Verify the Message and the status of LC

Due to this issue, users can see the Error , however deletion is also successful
