Goal

Version 8.0.4
We have deactivated an Exempted watch list at both watch_list_source and watch_list tables.
After running the ingestion, the client_bank that has last_actvy_dt = batch date continue associates to the exempted watch list and the effective risk is -2.
What activities need to perform so that the bdf will set cb_match_tx, cb_list_src_cd, cb_list_ntity_type_cd to null?
