Customer's communicating address on profile page showing following error.

Multiple "," is shown.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to the OBDX
2. Navigate to "Account Settings->My Preferences->My Profile->Profile->Communication->Address"

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, bad user experience/ sometimes misunderstood as data loss.
