Multiple Validation Issues In Uploaded File For Virtual Account (Doc ID 2847091.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Following issues are observed for file upload scenarios:

1. File is stuck in Uploaded status for below data combinations:
 - VA creation file of one record with invalid data in single field - interestCalculationRequired
 - VA creation file of one record with invalid data in multiple fields - Account product, IBAN required, Account name, Account purpose, interestCalculationRequired, balanceCheckForDebits, balanceAvailabilityOptions
 - VA creation file of multiple records with invalid data in multiple fields - Account product, IBAN required, Account name, Account purpose, interestCalculationRequired, balanceCheckForDebits, balanceAvailabilityOptions

2. File goes to verified status even if invalid account product is entered and fails after processing stage with below error:
Processing of virtual account feed records failed at host. Please re-try.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

File upload should be validated for these failures and file should not go for upload/processing if validation fails.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login via corporate maker. Navigate to Virtual Account Management > Virtual Account > Create Virtual Account >Bulk File Upload.
2. Upload files with the invalid scenarios eg VA file with one record with invalid data in single field.
3. The file gets stuck in Uploaded status.
