Symptoms
When attempting to click on Client Maintenance
the following error occurs.

System Can not process , please try again later
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as bank Admin
2. Create identity Domain Maintenance
3. Message is displayed on confirmation screen
