Symptoms

After customization of "E-Receipt" for retail users, below error is observed for international payment.

org.xml.sax.SAXParseException; lineNumber: 8; columnNumber: 11; The markup in the document following the root element must be well-formed.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OBDX with Retail User
2. Download "e-Receipt" for international transfer.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, user is not able to download e-Receipt.
