Symptoms

Multiple Transfer is not working

“System cannot process the request currently, please try later”- On Multiple Transfer Screen.
The issue is faced only for Maker and Checker Corporate users.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
 
1. log in to OBDX Maker Corporate user.
2. Navigate to Multiple Transfers Screen
3. Select Payee one Internal and input other required fields
4. Select Payee two as Domestic and input other required fields
5. Select Payee three International and input other required fields

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot perform multiple transfers.
