Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Reference Number is missing on "E-Receipt" and "View Detail" screen.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
----------------------------------
Reference number should be available on "e-Receipt" and "View Detail" screen.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OBDX with Retail user
2. Navigate to "Payments->Inquiries->Fund Transfer History"
  OR
3. On "Fund Transfer History" Widget, click on "Vertical dots->View Details"
4. Click on "Download" link

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, user is not able to view reference number.
