Symptoms
When attempting to perform Term Deposit from Internet Banking, the following error is received in response from host

ST-ACC-208
Payout Percentage cannot be blank
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps at bank setup:
1. Login to FCDB user application.
2. Perform Create Term Deposit transaction.
3. Observe the error.
