Symptoms

When attempting to initiate a RTGS Domestic Transfer transaction,
following error occurs.

ERROR

User null not authorised for this transaction null

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to the application
2. Navigate to Payments and Transfers
3. Click Domestic Transfer, initiate a RTGS transfer
