EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Account Balance should not fail during sweep execution from OBLM


STEPS
-----------------------
1. Perform OBLM Sweep Execution
2. During account balance fetch it is failing with account not exist error



BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot perform Sweep execution from OBLM
