When attempting to assign a limit package to a particular user segment from admin, the following error occurs :

Invalid Request. Please check the parameters being passed.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OBDX application as admin user.
2. Select the limit package to be assigned and save.
3. Confirm the details.
4. Error is observed.
