Application Keeps on Loading If Username Case Is Not Followed (Username Is Case Sensitive) (Doc ID 2848709.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to login to application, the username is treated case-sensitive. If username case is not followed then application keeps on loading and below error is observed in logs.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The username should not be case sensitive. System should not validate the case while creating and authenticating username.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create any user with say lower case from the admin user.
2. Login to application with username in different case.
3. System doesn't allow user to login.
