Symptoms

When trying to download the attachment in Admin - Request Processing for any service request

ERROR

System cannot process the request. Please try again later


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into OBDX Admin and go to Service Requests.
2. Try downloading the attachment in the service request.
3. Error as shown above is seen.

BUSINESS IMPACT
---------------------
Due to this issue Admin users cannot download and check the attachments in Request Processing.
