"View Closure Details" link on Close VAM Account page is not working

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Toggle Menu > Virtual Account Management > Virtual Account > Close Virtual Account > Initiate Closure
2.Select two accounts (one with balance and one without balance)
3.Next screen it only shows the account without balance on screen, system removes the account with balance
4.Click on Submit and Confirm and on the confirmation page of "View Account Closure Details" it takes a long time to load
5.View Closure Details page is not displayed.
