Symptoms

When attempting to configure User Account Access for a user
the following error occurs.

ERROR

System cannot process the request currently. Please try later.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to the Application with Admin user
2. Navigate to Access management-->Account Access-->User Account Access
3. Search party and Select user
4. try to map Accounts for the user
5. Error is Received
