ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
LOV in Settlement Definition Screen not fetching accounts for function code 9009 in OBBRN
Only GLs are fetched

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Both accounts and GL should be fetched in the LOV

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to 9009 screen
2. Verify if the LOV in Settlement Definition Screen fetches both account and GLs

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot view the accounts in the LOV
