ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

OBBRN - Alert on TELLER not working as previously tested - No DR/No CR/ Insufficient Funds
in OBBRN 14.5.0.1.0, alerts for No Debit and others are not coming while booking the transaction, not even while approving the txn. They appear while submitting the txn after 'Sent Back'.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Book a teller txn for which no dr/no cr is enabled.
2. Verify if user gets the error/warning before booking the txn

Due to this issue, users are not notified with accounting error before booking the txn
