ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

PPDVLMNT – account level charge preference is not working

• Background

FLEXCUBE Payment has price module , recently in PPDVLMNT – Price charge set up , introduce a new field ‘ customer account number ‘ , which means the charge will be applied on specified account number .
It is good feature and it works in some extend .
• Issue
However, for one customer have only one account and set up the same in PPDLVMNT, it is working fine .
If customer have 2 or more CASA account, set difference charge for exactly same transaction, the second account onwards , all accounts belongs to the same customer will follow the 1st account charge .
Order by time entry the charge.
Please note, system not allow bypass customer number (ALL) but only input account number.
