Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Users are not getting Login alerts when logged in through Internet Banking (IB)/web channel for below scenarios :

1. Successful Login
2. Un-successful Login
3. When user gets locked

Exception in Logs
------------------
com.ofss.fc.infra.exception.FatalException: Configuration was not found for channel ${HOST_CHANNEL}.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Users should receive login related alerts.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps at bank end:
1. Success Case - Login to OBDX application with correct credentials.
2. Failure Case - Login to OBDX application with incorrect credentials.
3. User Lock Case - Login to OBDX application with incorrect credentials and exhaust un-successful attempts so that user can get locked.
