Symptoms
In OBTFPM in Export LC drawing update in Scrutiny stage in additional details tab getting error

Charge default failed - BC-XV002 - Tenor must be greater than 0 for Usance Bills
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Initiate Export LC Drawing process
2. Submit the registration stage for a usance bill
3. Input the tenor and check the charge simulation is successful.
