'PMSPAYRS' Account Entitlement Summary screen is not working
When you click Search button on Account Entitlement Summary 'PMSPAYRS' screen, an Confirmation message ' Response Empty' is thrown even though records are maintained in 'PMDPAYRS' screen.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch PMSPAYRS screen
2. Click on Search button, Confirmation message ' Response Empty' is thrown.
