Stop The User To Login After Being Locked From Admin Panel (Doc ID 2851859.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
----------------------------
The user is locked by the admin user. After login from alternate login when the user tries to login again with username/password, the user is able to login to the application.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
----------------------------------
The user should not be able to login if he/she is blocked by the admin user.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OBDX with admin and lock the user.
2. Login with alternate login. Error message displayed on screen 'Your account is locked. Please contact branch/customer care center to unlock',
3. Login from username password.
4. User is able to login to application.
