Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

As per user manual for import lc issuance and export lc advise, if tolerance is greater than 10 pct system should display alert message.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

But where as now system is not displaying any alert message even we capture tolerance value greater than 10 pct.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Initiate import lc issuance and export lc advise process
2. Input the tolerance level greater than 10
3. Verify whether alert is thrown.
